We all know what a hassle converting PDF files PROPERLY into Word files can be, you need to download applications which have trial version and don’t let you access their full features without activation and so on.. Now you can save yourself all the trouble with KoolWIRE.
KoolWIRE lets you convert files from PDF into RTF word documents in 3 easy steps. It successfully converts files in 3-5 minutes and its pretty good with tables etc. The procedure is a bit complicated since you need to send an email to KoolWIRE with the file you wish to convert attached and they’ll email you back with the converted file so i’ll guide you through it.

Procedure:

  1. Go to KoolWIRE’s Site, once you’re there click the British flag on the top right corner for the English version. Select the Destination File Format by clicking the Drop Down Menu and click the start arrow.
  2. This should open up an Outlook window, (if you don’t have outlook installed in your pc, follow step 3 and skip this one).. In that window there’ll be a drafted message ready for you.. copy the contents of the “To:” bar aswell as the subject of the email and save it.
  3. This step is for users who don’t have Outlook installed, if you do have it installed skip this step. Save the Following Detals:
    Email (send your email to this address): “pdf@koolwire.com” if you want to convert a file into pdf format and the Subject: “PDF conversion via e-mail”
    Email (send your email to this address): “doc@koolwire.com” if you want to convert a file into .doc format and the Subject: “RTF/word conversion via e-mail”
  4. Open your email account (any, gmail/yahoo/hotmail or your own POP3 account) and go to Compose Mail, enter the Email Address and the Subject according to the file you want to convert and then attach the file you wish to convert to that email, click SEND. You’ll recieve an email containing the converted Resultant file in approx 3-5 minutes.
