Google Chrome came out a couple of days ago and took the web by storm (literally speaking), mostly because we (the internet-folk) are dying to try out new things and since its got the backing of a popular name, Google, why not try it out eh?
First Impressions:
Google chrome looked to me like a winner, it was light and it had a clean interface aswell as additional features such as the Task Manager . Chrome seemed much faster aswell (probably because its based on a V8 Javascript Engine), it opened websites such as gmail and facebook REALLY fast. It seemed to me that firefox had finally met its match and i began using it instead of firefox (i was tired of the same old firefox interface too :\).
Anyway with the progression of time, Chrome started hanging up on me etc.. and then something really interesting happened:
There are 10 Chrome.exe processes open in that particular screenshot while i’m running just one Chrome, strange no? When i saw that i searched through the web for answers and found none. Basically multiple memory consuming processes is what was causing the crashes/hangups (atleast thats what i think) and THAT is why i prefer FIREFOX over CHROME. Firefox is much more stable, bug-free and lighter. It is almost as fast as chrome.
Maybe someday google chrome will beat firefox but for today, i believe that firefox is better than chrome.

1In Chrome, each tab runs as an own individual process.
