Windows Vulnerability Scanner 1.26 or Protector Plus is a freeware that scans your installation of windows for Vulnerabilties and then helps you find patches to remedy those vulnerabilities. It creates an HTML file which gives you information about all the vulnerabilites in your pcs and links to patches that fix them as shown in the screenshot below:

Apart from that, the software is upgraded regularly so new vulnerabilites can be detected, the file size is small (1.1mb) and the scan is VERY quick.. took me around 20 seconds and its COMPLETELY free. Protector Plus is compatible with Windows XP (Home & Professional), Windows 2000 Server & Professional and Windows 2003. I’d rate it 4.5/5.
